underwhelming stay
poor lighting broken lamp
the location is convenient. it is near the tube station.
The room was dark and depressing. the lighting was poor, and one of the floor lamps was broken. I wanted to do my makeup. the small desk was covered with coffee and tea-making facilities. It was not practical.

beautiful flowers breakfast buffet convenient location
The secret garden was awesome, i saw such beautiful flowers and plants there. i had a yummy breakfast buffet. It included ample choices. the location is very convenient with the tube station so close. apply, twice.
The hallway lights use motion sensors. One side of the hall is painted black, so it was really dark

acceptable stay
convenient access spacious room air conditioning thermostat control
i found the underground access very convenient. the hotel is close to multiple shops. i also noticed the staff were really nice. the room was spacious and clean, i liked the big shower.
the hotel does turn off the air conditioning during the night. this happened with no ability for me to control the thermostat. this was not ideal, especially when i was trying to have a restful sleep.

nice tent good meals weak housekeeping short standard
the staff prepared a tent in our room for our children. it was so nice and my kids loved it. we had a half board and we could choose between four meals and add one starter or sweet, it was served from 1pm to 10pm for our lunch and dinner.
the hotel benefits from a very good location however, several service aspects fall short of a four-star standard. housekeeping is notably weak, with no vacuum cleaning and no linen changes even when specifically requested.

a charming experience!
cute staff fresh towels extensive selection
The staff were cute, and those cookies were a hit with my children! the rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day, and fresh towels were abundant. breakfast was great. I was impressed by the extensive selection, and the staff kept everything stocked up which was amazing!!!
i wish there was more storage in the room. our belongings ended up scattered due to the limited drawer space. it was nice.

the hotel is near multiple restaurant choices and is a short walk from the metro station. it offers convenient access to various parts of the city with ease, awesome for quick trips to museums.

Good Stay near Kensington Palace
helpful staff convenient location varied breakfast
Neha was particularly helpful during check-in and check-out. She also assisted with luggage storage. I found the hotel's location across from Gloucester Underground station very convenient. (I particularly enjoyed walking to Kensington Palace and Park). The breakfast offered a great start to the day. It included a good variety of choices.
I noticed the rooms could benefit from some updates, particularly new carpets and a more modern décor. The current appearance feels a bit outdated. Brighter lighting would also be appreciated.

The staff members were attentive and responsive to requests. They promptly addressed any concerns. I was glad that the team seemed genuinely invested in.
